ABIGAIL BEAR

Abigail Bear is ZEST Dance Studios class mascot.  Many children have been awarded Abigail Bear to take home for a week as a reward for extra good work.

During Lockdown 2020 while teaching her dance classes on ZOOM Miss Shona realised that a lot of her younger students were struggling to come to terms with their new normal, and were finding it increasingly unsettling.

Miss Shona decided to write s short story using Abigail Bear as a character.  The story tells of how Abigail Bear came to terms with her new normal, and the feelings and emotions that went with that.

The story was well received by ZEST students along with other young dancers from nearby dance schools, and, following on from this success is now being published and will be available to pre-order very soon.
